Summit Place Masters Association 1 is a homeowners' association within the Cathedral Hill District of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Here you will find a beautiful blending of historic and contemporary multi-unit owner-occupied homes surrounding an inviting green space commons area, beautifully landscaped and complete with rain gardens.
SPMA1 is an urban homeowners association, comprised of one block bordered on the north by Selby Avenue, on the east by Nina Street, on the south by Laurel Avenue, and on the west by Farrington Street.
OUR ASSOCIATION
SPMA1 is an urban homeowners association comprised of a one-block area bordered on the north by Selby Avenue, on the east by Nina Street, on the south by Laurel Avenue, and on the west by Farrington Street.
There are 26 owner occupied households, six of which also belong to the Riley House Association. The Three Sisters, single-family Victorian Houses facing Laurel, are not "officially" members but share many of the amenities offered.

SPMA1 is in the heart of the Cathedral Hill District where you will find wonderful restaurants, services, shopping, churches and and other facilities.
